TESTIMONY "By His stripes I am completely healed" - Sis. Sindhura

                 Dialysis, kidney transplant surgery and the complications there of, had left Sis Sindhura weak and helpless. Depressed and discouraged that she could never live a normal life, she lost all hopes. The Word came to her rescue and God gave her life and life abundant.

                    Sindhura is a home maker and a mother of a 10-year-old. Born in Hindu family, she was a staunch idol worshipper. When she was 20, complications arose during her pregnancy. Her blood pressure became very high, slowly affecting her kidneys. Not knowing the severity of her condition, she did not take much care to control her B.P. Within four years, she became very sick and weak and her husband rushed her to the hospital. To their shock, the doctors revealed that both her kidneys have failed. After three months of dialysis, a kidney transplant surgery was done on one kidney. The doctors could not operate the other kidney as it had some undetectable complications.

 

                    After the surgery her condition became worse because of high fever and high blood pressure. Tests were done every day, putting her through more fear and anxiety. In addition to heavy medication, severe restrictions on diet and lifestyle modifications were administered to bring the situation under control.

 

                   The doctors made it clear that she had to put up with all this through out her life. She became very weak because of the side effects of the medicines and suffered many complications. Even the smallest of household chores became very strenuous for her. She was depressed and discouraged, thinking that she could never lead a normal, healthy life.

 

                   It was during this time that her husband was introduced to the church. Strengthened by the word, he was assured that his wife could be healed. He began to encourage Sindhura with the word and the various healings that took place in the church. When she attended the church for the first time, she was touched by the presence of God and felt confident in her spirit.

                  She began to take the Word of God. As she meditated more on the Word, she found that her body was gaining strength and her immunity boosted. She came out of depression and her blood pressure became normal. Every Friday Healing Service that she attended gradually healed her of all the side effects and complications like eye infections, back pain, headaches, high fever and muscle pains. As she focused herself more on the word, she is totally healed.

 

                    She is now leading an active and healthy life. She is strong enough to manage her home, help her husband in his business and participate in the church activities. She is filled with confidence and joy as she says, "the faith that I received through word has lifted me and By His stripes I am completely healed."
